Overview

This paid full-time one-year fellowship (starting July 1) is designed to engage the trainee in clinical and translational research in melanoma, working with Doug Grossman, MD, PhD and his colleagues in the Department of Dermatology and the Huntsman Cancer Institute. The fellow will work closely with Dr. Grossman to enroll and coordinate subjects in melanoma chemoprevention trials and assist with epidemiology projects utilizing our melanoma patient database and other ongoing projects. Candidates with basic science experience will also have the opportunity to work on a variety of lab-based projects.

Eligible applicants typically are medical students (with at least three years of medical school) or medical school graduates who are pre- or post-internship or residency.
