- Manage Faculty Appointment, Retention and Advancement (FARA) operations for the Department of Emergency Medicine
- Oversee Tenure-Track Faculty Review (TFR) & Clinical-Track Faculty Review (CFR) processes
- Coordinate faculty onboarding & offboarding for new and departing faculty members
- Serve as Secretary for the Department Advisory Committee (DAC), including meeting preparation and documentation
