Dr. Andrew Gawron to serve on the VHA for an additional 3 years
Dr. Andrew Gawron has been asked to serve on the Veterans Health Administration (VHA) Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) National Councils for the next 3 years.
Dr. Gawron accepted his initial appointment with Veteran's Affairs as the Associate Program Director for the VA National Gastroenterology Program in July 2020.
The VHA Gastroenterology and Hepatology program collaborates with Network and Medical Center Directors to assure that top quality gastroenterology and hepatology services, not limited to but including Endoscopy, and Hepatology, outpatient and inpatient gastroenterology, are made available, immediately accessible, and efficiently provided to all eligible Veterans, as clinically indicated.
