47th Annual

Richard Lende Neurosurgery Conference

February 3-6, 2023 | Snowbird Ski Resort | Salt Lake City, UT

Each year, the Department of Neurosurgery holds a winter research meeting at Snowbird Ski Resort in Salt Lake City, Utah. This meeting of research and clinical applications in a relaxed setting has endured the test of time as a popular tribute to the memory of Dr. Richard Lende. Open to all members of the neuroscience community, this 3-day event is filled with symposia, posters, a keynote address, and — most importantly — the opportunity to connect with colleagues.

Upon completion of this CME activity, participants should be able to:

  1. Become familiar with best practices and clinical evidence in skull base/tumor surgery
  2. Understand the recent requirement in resident education
  3. Demonstrate recent innovation and emerging technology in spine surgery
  4. Discuss complication avoidance in cranial and spinal neurosurgery
The Richard Lende Winter Neurosurgery Conference is jointly sponsored by the University of Utah
