Application

Prerequisites for Fellowship:

Applicants must hold an MD degree (or foreign equivalent with ECFMG certification) and be eligible for a Utah State medical license.  Any applicant who is not a US citizen or US permanent resident (green card) is NOT ELIGIBLE to enter a University of Utah residency or fellowship program without a J-1 visa sponsored by ECFMG.  Applicants must have completed one year of an ACGME-accredited residency (or international equivalent) before being considered for this program.

All applications are processed through the Electronic Resident Application System (ERAS).  Applications will be accepted from the beginning  of NRMP MATCH season, through August.
