All required clinical education for entry into ACGME-accredited fellowship programs must be completed in an ACGME-accredited residency program, an AOA-approved residency program, a program with ACGME International (ACGME-I) Advanced Specialty Accreditation, or a Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (RCPSC)-accredited or College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC)-accredited residency program located in Canada.
Prerequisite clinical education for entry into a diagnostic radiology subspecialty program should include the satisfactory completion of a diagnostic radiology residency accredited by one of the organizations identified in the above paragraph.
Selection Criteria
Candidates for this program are selected based on their preparedness, ability, academic credentials, communication skills and personal qualities such as motivation and integrity.
All selected candidates will be required to comply with the Health Sciences Center drug testing policy and to pass a security background check.
