HOW TO GET INVOLVED?
This is a great event for industry to interact with both industry leaders and newcomers to the field of Dermatology. The intimacy of the venue provides a perfect environment to foster conversation and connection. Breaks and Food times are intentionally set in the exhibit space, which helps facilitate networking. This wil be our third year at the Limelight Hotel in Ketchum, ID. and have had wonderful feedback each time. We are celebrating our 50th anniversary this year, so don't miss out!
We are offering two gift sponsorship options for this event. Details about these offering are noted below.
Product Theater
A 45-minute slot in our program to present to our attendees in our main meeting space. This include use of all of our presentation equipment and a full page advertisement in our printed program. This sponsorship will also include booth space in our separate exhibit hall, just adjacent to our meeting room. This includes a 6’ table and 2 chairs, with badges for 4 representatives. If interested register here to hold your spot. Cost of this sponsorship is $25,000.
Exhibiting Booth
This sponsorship includes booth space in our separate exhibit hall, just adjacent to our meeting room. This includes a 6’ table and 2 chairs, with badges for 2 representatives. This includes a half page advertisement in our printed program. If interested register here to hold your spot. Cost of this sponsorship is $7,000.
Program Schedule
There are several intentional opportunities in networking at the event during breaks and food events. Food is set in the exhibit hall which creates a natural flow to conversation and connection.
