Grant & Exhibit Opportunities

Exhibit opportunities are available and provide a setting for industry to interact directly with U-CARS attendees in person.

Patron Exhibitor -$20,000

1. U-CARS Thursday Night Dinner Reception Sponsor (non-CME).  Acknowledgment from podium during dinner, along with signage, and recognition on all event materials and event publicity including breaks during event.  Depending on industry interest in this level of support, two industry sponsors may partner to support this event by splitting fees 50/50 ($10,000 each). *Industry leaders must facilitate a partnership on their own, U-CARS staff WILL NOT make arrangements between companies on vendors’ behalf other than connecting interested companies.
2. Table tents placed on all tables at Thursday night reception, (provided by industry partner).
3. Industry table for 10 reps and/or VIP guests.
4. Exhibit Booth(s)
   • Exclusive Booth placement near main walkways and main entrance at educational event and at dinner reception if vendor(s) desire.
     • Includes (1) 8 ft table and 4 chairs.  Power available upon request.
     • Vendors may use their own tablecloth and any displays they wish, including pop-up banners.  *Please keep displays within your assigned booth space.
5. Acknowledgment on website and conference materials with two hyperlinks to main industry website.
6. Twelve complimentary conference registrations.

Platinum Exhibitor -$10,000

1. One (1) 30-minute Industry Theatre (non-CME) advertised on agenda from approximately 12:30 PM – 1:00 PM on either Thursday or Friday during the lunch break.  Depending on industry interest in this level of support, there may be (2) concurrent Industry Theatre sessions running simultaneously during lunch each day in separate rooms. Please provide signage to help drive traffic to your event during lunch break.  **Due to CME constraints, the Industry Theaters will NOT be livestreamed or recorded.  If your team wants your presentation streamed or recorded, you will need to provide technical support for this piece. 
2. Exhibit Booth
   • Premium Booth placement near main walkways and entrance 
     • Includes (1) 8 ft table and 4 chairs.  Power available upon request.
     • Vendors may use their own tablecloth and any displays they wish, including pop-up banners.  *Please keep displays within your assigned booth space.
3. Acknowledgment on website and conference materials with hyperlink to main industry website
4. Ten complimentary conference registrations.

Gold Exhibitor -$7,500

1. One (1) 30-minute Industry Theatre (non-CME) advertised on agenda from approximately 7:00 AM – 7:30 AM on either Thursday or Friday during breakfast.  Depending on industry interest in this level of support, there may be (2) concurrent Industry Theatre sessions running simultaneously during breakfast each day in separate rooms. Please provide signage to help drive traffic to your event during breakfast. **Due to CME constraints, the Industry Theaters will NOT be livestreamed or recorded.  If your team wants your presentation streamed or recorded, you will need to provide technical support for this piece.

   • Enhanced Booth placement near main walkways and entrance 
     • Includes (1) 8 ft table and 4 chairs.  Power available upon request.

4. Eight complimentary conference registrations.

Silver Exhibitor -$5,000

1. Sponsor signage at refreshment tables during both days of the event acknowledging vendor support at this level.
2. Exhibit Booth
   •  Strategic Booth placement along main walkway 
     • Includes (1) 8 ft table and 4 chairs.  Power available upon request.
     • Vendors may use their own tablecloth and any displays they wish, including pop-up banners.  *Please keep displays within your assigned booth space.
3. Acknowledgment on website and conference materials with hyperlink to main industry website.
4. Six complimentary conference registrations.
    

Bronze Exhibitor -$2,500

1. Exhibit Booth
   •  Engaged Booth placement along main walkways.
     • Includes (1) 8 ft table and 2 chairs.  Power available upon request.
     • Vendors may use their own tablecloth and any displays they wish, including pop-up banners.  *Please keep displays within your assigned booth space.
2. Acknowledgment on website and conference materials.
3. Four complimentary conference registrations.
