Diamond Exhibitor - $25,000 (1 Exclusive Opportunity Available) *

1. Sponsorship for U-CARS Invited Faculty Thank You Dinner on Friday, February 6, 2026 (non-CME).  Acknowledgment with signage (provided by industry partner) and recognition on all faculty communication prior to event. Industry team representation at event is HIGHLY recommended for an exclusive 1:1 faculty face time opportunity. The dinner will be held at the Grand Hall of the Asher Adams Autograph Hotel located in the historic Union Pacific Train Depot.
2. Table tents placed on all tables at dinner (provided by industry partner).
3. One (1) 30-minute lunch Industry Theater (non-CME) advertised on agenda from approximately 12:30 PM – 1:00 PM or 1:00-1:30 PM in Ballroom on either Thursday or Friday during the lunch break.  Depending on industry interest in this level of support, there may be (2) concurrent Industry Theatre sessions running simultaneously during lunch each day in separate rooms. Please provide signage to help drive traffic to your event during lunch break. Diamond Industry Theater in the Main Ballroom WILL be livestreamed.
4. Exhibit Booth(s)
   Exclusive Booth placement near central walkways and main entrance of educational event as well as 
   at Friday dinner if desired.
   •    Includes (2) 8 ft tables and 6 chairs.  Power available upon request.
   •    Vendors may use their own tablecloth and any displays they wish, including
   pop-up banners.  *Please keep displays within your assigned booth space.
5. Acknowledgment on website and conference materials with two hyperlinks to main industry website.

Titanium Exhibitor - $15,000 (Ballroom - 2 Opportunities Available) *

1. One (1) 30-minute lunch Industry Theater (non-CME) advertised on agenda from approximately 12:30 PM – 1:00 PM or 1:00-1:30 PM on either Thursday or Friday during the lunch break.  Depending on industry interest in this level of support, there may be (2) concurrent Industry Theatre sessions running simultaneously during lunch each day in separate rooms. Please provide signage to help drive traffic to your event during lunch break.  *Due to A/V constraints, Industry Theaters will only be livestreamed from the Main Ballroom.  If you want the presentation recorded or streamed from the Amphitheater, your team will need to provide technical support for that piece. We have contact info for a vendor who provides these services.

Platinum Exhibitor -$10,000 (Amphitheater - 2 Opportunities Available)

1.  One (1) 30-minute lunch Industry Theater (non-CME) advertised on agenda from approximately 12:30 PM – 1:00 PM or 1:00-1:30 PM on either Thursday or Friday during the lunch break.  Depending on industry interest in this level of support, there may be (2) concurrent Industry Theatre sessions running simultaneously during lunch each day in separate rooms. One (1) 30-minute breakfast Industry Theater (non-CME) advertised on agenda from 7:00 AM – 7:30 AM (Thurs) & 7:30-8:00 AM (Fri) on either Thursday or Friday during breakfast in the ballroom or amphitheater (first come, first serve).  Depending on industry interest in this level of support, there may be (2) concurrent Industry Theatre sessions running simultaneously during breakfast each day in separate rooms. Please provide signage to help drive traffic to your event during breakfast. *Due to A/V constraints, Industry Theaters will only be livestreamed from the Main Ballroom.  If you want the presentation recorded or streamed from the Amphitheater, your team will need to provide technical support for that piece.
