The Infectious Diseases Division, University of Utah School of Medicine is seeking a physician scientist who has either established or shows promise of establishing a research career. Candidates in the fields of virology and virus-host interactions are especially encouraged to apply. Highly qualified PhD candidates will also be considered. General Infectious Diseases
The Infectious Disease Division at the University of Utah School of Medicine is recruiting for a Clinical track faculty position at the Assistant or Associate Professor level, academic rank dependent on qualifications. The successful candidate must hold an MD with board certification in Internal Medicine and be BC/BE in Infectious Diseases possessing or being eligible for a UT medical license. This position will primarily involve attending on the General Infectious Diseases inpatient consultation services and seeing patients in the Outpatient clinics, with opportunities for teaching and research. Experience and interest in antibiotic stewardship would also be desirable.
Transplant Infectious Diseases Clinician
The Infectious Disease Division at the University of Utah School of Medicine is recruiting for a Clinical track faculty position at the Assistant or Associate Professor level, academic rank dependent on qualifications. The successful candidate must hold an MD with board certification in Internal Medicine and be BC/BE in Infectious Diseases possessing or being eligible for a UT medical license. This position will primarily involve attending on the Immunocompromised Host Infectious Diseases inpatient consultation services with opportunities for teaching and research. Experience in Immunocompromised Host Infectious Diseases is required.
Clinical HIV Faculty
The Infectious Disease Division at the University of Utah Spencer Fox Eccles School of Medicine is recruiting for Clinical Track faculty positions, with rank dependent on qualifications and experience. The successful candidate must hold an M.D. with board certification in Internal Medicine and be BC/BE in Infectious Diseases and possessing or being eligible for a Utah medical license. Interest and experience in managing patients living with HIV is required. This position will involve playing a leadership role in the HIV clinic which serves over 1800 HV patients. The candidate will also be expected to mentor ID fellows in the outpatient HIV clinic.

Infectious Diseases Telemedicine Faculty
The Infectious Disease Division at the University of Utah Spencer Fox Eccles School of Medicine is recruiting faculty for Infectious Diseases Telemedicine. This position will primarily involve Telemedicine consults with surrounding partners. The candidate will also have the option of attending on the General Infectious Diseases inpatient consultation service, with opportunities for fellow, resident, and medical student teaching and clinical research. The appointment rank will be based on the applicant's prior experience and qualifications.
