Brandon Lawrence, MD, assistant professor of orthopaedics, has been awarded a one-year research grant from the Lumbar Spine Research Society for his project, "CRISPR-Based Sequence-Specific Endogenous Up-Regulation of Bone Morphogenetic Protein Receptor Type-1A & B to Drive Osteogenesis in Adipose-Derived Stem Cells."
