SALT LAKE CITY, UT — University of Utah Health is proud to announce the official opening of Spine Care at Arapeen, a new state-of-the-art clinic dedicated to delivering coordinated, comprehensive care for individuals experiencing back, neck, and spine conditions.

Located in the heart of the University of Utah Health campus, the Arapeen clinic brings together expert providers from Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R), Orthopaedics, and Neurosurgery under one roof. This collaborative model is designed to simplify the patient experience, streamline diagnostics and treatment, and ensure personalized care plans that align with each patient’s goals and lifestyle.

Celebrating a Major Milestone in Spine Health

Earlier this month, a ribbon-cutting ceremony marked the official opening of the clinic. University and health system leaders, faculty, and staff gathered to celebrate the occasion, including:

  • 2 advanced procedure suites
  • On-site X-ray imaging for faster, more coordinated diagnosis and treatment

With shared access to clinical resources and real-time consultation among specialties, patients benefit from a full spectrum of spine care—ranging from non-surgical therapies and image-guided injections to surgical evaluations and post-operative support.
