Whitney advises students interested in applying to the Medical Laboratory Science programs. She creates academic plans and works with Faculty and Staff to communicate program expectations to Pre-MLS students. She received her B.S. degree at Weber State University and then started her career in Higher Education shortly after.

Many free resources are available for all degree-seeking students at the university, see them here. There are several How-to videos that are related to advising, registration, etc.
Application instructions are linked on the MLS undergraduate website each December for the upcoming cycle. Applications are due mid-February.
- Degree-seeking students are strongly encouraged to complete these requirements before starting the program in the fall.
- The quantitative intensive (QI) requirement will be fulfilled with MD LB 4200 during the professional phase of the program.
