Welcome Dr. Dharmendra Jain

The Pathology Department would like to announce that Dharmendra Jain, PhD has joined the Pathology Department as an Associate Professor. Dr. Jain specializes in clinical immunology, histocompatibility, and immunogenetics. 

Dr. Jain has twelve collective years of experience in transplant immunology. Before coming to Utah, Dr. Jain worked in histocompatibility labs in his home country of India, before coming to the University of Chicago for post-doctoral research. Dr. Jain decided to come to the University of Utah Pathology Department after his fellowship here and at ARUP Laboratories. Dr. Jain says that he was amazed by the dedication of all of the personnel in every facet and that he is lucky to work here with all the like-minded people who have the ultimate goal of providing the utmost patient care.
