Salary & Benefits

Salary for a PL-4 fellow during 2022-2023 is $77,920 per year, plus benefits:

• Three weeks (15 days) of paid vacation per year;
• One week (5 days) of professional development per year
• Medical and dental insurance
• Fellows may also be eligible for long term disability and life insurance.

For those interested in obtaining a graduate degree concurrently with fellowship, University employees receive a 50% discount off tuition after six months of employment.

Each fellow is given an academic development fund which can be used for tuition, books, and academic meetings.
