WELCOME TO PEDIATRIC ENDOCRINOLOGY & DIABETES

Our interdisciplinary team provides medical care and education for diabetes and endocrinology. This includes care for type 1 & type 2 Diabetes, Thyroid, Adrenal, Growth, Pubertal, and Bone Metabolism Disorders in children and adolescents.

Our clinics and education programs provide ongoing comprehensive, multi-disciplinary education and specialized care to children with diabetes and their families. Parents discuss areas of need, collaborating with our specialists to develop an individualized plan of care. 

The diabetes program at Primary Children's is over 20 years old, and approximately 200 newly diagnosed children with type 1 diabetes enter the program each year. The practice follows 1200-1500 children and teens with diabetes.
