Letters of Good Standing include verification of enrollment with good standing, matriculation date and anticipated graduation date.

Our office only verifies MD degrees. Please see "Helpful Links" (located below in the FAQ's section) for more information regarding additional department verifications.
**Please allow 2-5 business days from receiving requests, to complete all verifications.**
Your Unofficial Internal Medical School Transcript is located in Tools, please email the SOM Registrar box at somregistrar@hsc.utah.edu to receive a copy.
Official Transcripts must be ordered here. You can order an electronic copy or have it mailed to a specific address.
Certified copies of diplomas must be ordered here. You can order an electronic copy or have it mailed to a specific address.

You need to change your name on Main Campus first, which can be done here. Please let us know when this is completed and we can update your name in Tools and in the Student Records System (SRS). We will email you additional information if required.
