Exhibitor Details
- Table assignments will be available at time of set up.
- The exhibit area will be available for setting up exhibits beginning at 4pm on Sunday, 2/7/2027.
- We ask that you are set up and ready by 5pm on Sunday, 2/7/2027, and stay through the sessions on Monday, 2/8/2027, until 7pm.
- Your exhibit space will be available to you for the entire duration of the conference, and we welcome you to stay to the end of the conference if you are able.
- Exhibit space will include 1 table measured at 6'x30", 2 chairs, and a floor-length linen.
- Wi-Fi access will be available during the event.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing by January 11, 2027. Cancellations received by this date will receive a full refund, minus a $100 processing fee. After January 11th, registration fees are non-refundable, except in cases of extenuating circumstances, which will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Refunds are not guaranteed. Please email refund requests to anesthesia.postgrad@hsc.utah.edu.
For changes to your hotel reservation, please contact Westgate Park City Resort and Spa directly. The University of Utah is not responsible for any costs associated with hotel or flight cancellations.
