How to Apply- Advanced Practice Clinician Fellowship

To apply to this fellowship program, you will need to submit your application during our application window with the required documentation listed below.

2 Professional References

Provide the names and contact information for two individuals. 

  • Each reference will be asked to write a letter of recommendation focusing on clinical acumen and skills, as well as didactic capacity and ability.

Personal Statement

A concise one-page personal statement that expresses reasons for applying for the Dermatology APC Fellowship.

Curriculum vitae

Original transcripts from your APC program

Unofficial transcripts can be submitted for the application process. Official transcripts will be confirmed as part of the credentialing process if offered a position.

Additionally, in your curriculum vitae (CV) and personal statement, we encourage you to elaborate on:

  • Professional Goals and Interest in Dermatology
  • Clinical/Research/Employment Experience in the field of dermatology

Interview Dates

Important Update: The interview date for the 2026-2027 Dermatology APC Fellowship cohort has changed. Interviews will now take place on September 25, 2026. Applicants selected for an interview will be notified of their specific interview time.
