Laboratory Patient Billing
Patients are responsible for all medical charges the laboratory services we provide at our facility. To check your coverage, your should contact your insurance provider. Your insurance coverage of lab testing with us is subject to change over time.

Uninsured Patient Discount
We offer a laboratory testing discount for self-pay patients. A 30 percent discount will be applied to the patient’s total bill.
