Professionalism

In 2019, our Wellness Champion team, sent a call for volunteers to address workplace incivility and its impact on environmental wellness. A Professionalism Enrichment Committee was formed with representation from department faculty from both U of U Health and the Salt Lake City VA, APCs and staff members, and this group worked throughout the rest of the year to create a Code of Aspirational Professionalism. This Code was designed to actively raise and maintain awareness of professionalism and respect, and help to establish an improved culture throughout the Department.
