Exhibitor Registration Fees Include:

8-foot table
Opening/Closing Cocktail Reception
Daily Lunch
Breakfast (1) per day (additional exhibitors/guests may purchase a breakfast certificate)

A registration desk will be outside Ballroom 1 of the Cliff Lodge on Friday, January 31st, 2025 from 5:30 – 7:00 pm and will open again on Saturday, February 1st – Monday February 3rd, at 7:00 am. Set-up also begins Friday, January 31st at 5:00 pm. Please check in at the registration desk prior to setting up.

The exhibit hall will be opened Saturday, February 1st – Monday, February 3rd, 2025.

There will be a $50 administrative fee for any cancellations after December 15, 2024. NO REFUNDS will be given after this date.
