Cancellation Policy - If cancellation of your registration becomes necessary, you may send written notice to the Meeting Coordinator (lanette.dunbar@hsc.utah.edu) or call 801-556-2539. Cancellations made by 5 pm on Monday, December 15, 2025 will be accepted. A $50 administrative fee will be assessed on all cancellations. Confirmed registrants who do not attend the conference or who cancel after December 15, 2025 are responsible for the entire registration fee.

Snowbird, Utah is located approximately 32 miles from the Salt Lake International Airport. Rental cars are available at the airport, or participants can arrange shuttle service from Canyon Transportation, 801-255-1841. They also have a desk at the airport.
Registration Desk for Lende Meeting at Snowbird
Registration begins on Friday, January 30th, 2026 outside Ballroom I of the Cliff Lodge between 5:30 pm – 7:00 pm. On Saturday, January 31st, you can register outside Ballroom I beginning at 7:00 am. The Lende didactic sessions begin Saturday, January 31st at 8:00 am.
It is the intention of the planners to keep this meeting an open forum. All participants are encouraged to submit titles for presentation.

Accreditation: The University Of Utah School Of Medicine is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME).
AMA Credit: The University of Utah School of Medicine designates this live activity for a maximum of 17.75 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
CME Passport: The CME credits that physicians earn from this activity will be submitted to ACCME's CME Passport, a free, centralized web application where you can create a personalized account to view, track, and generate transcripts of your reported CME credit. Please contact UUCME (CME.Office@hsc.utah.edu) with any questions.
All attendees are encouraged to use the CME system to claim their attendance. Physicians will be awarded AMA PRA Category 1 credits™; all other professions will be awarded attendance at a CME event credit that they may use for their re-credentialing purposes. Nurses seeking contact hours must claim through the CME system. All users will be able to print or save certificates. For questions regarding the CME system, please contact the UUCME Office. For questions regarding re-credentialing process or requirements, please contact your re-credentialing organization.
