Welcome To Pediatric Cardiology

Physicians and scientists in the University of Utah Division of Pediatric Cardiology, in cooperation with Primary Children's Hospital, work to improve cardiac treatments through all types of research, including clinical trials, consultations, and condition management for children with all forms of heart disease. Multiple investigative and treatment techniques are available including full cardiac catheterization facilities, two-dimensional Doppler, and color flow echocardiography, Holter monitoring, magnetic resonance imaging, pacemaker follow-up, invasive and non-invasive electrophysiology, and other investigative and treatment techniques are all available. Cardiovascular surgery, including transplantation, is also available for all types of congenital and acquired heart disease.
