VISITING MEDICAL STUDENT REQUIREMENTS
- Must be enrolled in a course or program that states shadowing is required
- Please provide documentation
- Download and complete the following and submit below
INTERNATIONAL MEDICAL STUDENT SHADOWING
- Must be enrolled in a University of Utah course with shadowing as a requirement
- Contact Hope Crawford at hope.crawford@hsc.utah.edu for details on how to register for a University of Utah course to shadow
- Once registered, complete the PCH Medical Student Application and submit below
