The Department of Psychiatry is pleased to announce the addition of new faculty member, Seth Knight, MD. In addition to his faculty role, he will have clinical responsibilities within University of Utah Health as a physician providing full-time outpatient psychiatric care to adults at the Farmington Behavioral Health Clinic.
Seth Knight, MD, Assistant Professor (Clinical), earned his medical degree at the University of Alabama School of Medicine, and then completed his General Psychiatry residency at the University of Michigan. Dr. Knight is board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in General Psychiatry.
After completing his training, Dr. Knight furthered his clinical experience at several outpatient clinics and residential treatment centers in Michigan and Utah. His clinical interests include mood disorders, anxiety disorders, borderline personality disorder, and perinatal psychiatry. Dr. Knight is excited to join the department and the clinical faculty at the University of Utah Neuropsychiatric Institute.
