Our Services

The Immunodermatology Laboratory in the Department of Dermatology at the University of Utah offers comprehensive testing for immune-mediated diseases by direct immunofluorescence and indirect immunofluorescence and associated enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays (ELISA):

Tissue and serum tests for epithelial antibody-associated/immune-mediated diseases
Timely reporting
Consultation support for clinical questions regarding patient care and test ordering and interpretation
• Charts and graphs for comparison to previous testing results in sequential serum testing reports
Digital images of positive results available upon request
• Laboratory Services Billing personnel to provide experienced support with access to extensive participating insurance list
