Goal: Genome-wide transcriptome association studies
Our lab has been one of the leaders in identifying and characterizing platelet mRNAs and non-coding small RNAs (miRNA, tRNAs, and rRNAs). We generated a public web tool, called Plateletomics, a user-friendly web site that allows investigators to query mRNAs and miRNAs for for associations with demographic and platelet phenotypic variables.
