Clinical Experience
The Pediatric Continuity Clinic provides the resident with their core outpatient general pediatric experience. Residents choose a site in which to spend two half days per week throughout their residency.
The University of Utah offers a variety of clinical settings for its residents: University Pediatric Clinic (Clinic 6) is a University-based clinic, the South Main Clinic provides care for underserved patients, and the Teen Mother and Child Program provides care for teen mothers and their children and siblings of teen mothers and other at-risk teens.
Residents may also serve their clinical rotation in private pediatric offices throughout the Salt Lake Valley.
