All applications should be directed through ERAS (Electronic Residency Application Service) which transmits applications, letters of recommendation, and personal statements. 

All positions are filled through the NRMP (National Resident Matching Program).

The University of Utah only accepts J-1 visas.

• Mid August - Late October: virtual interviews
• December 3: MATCH DAY
