Welcome Erin P. Ward, MD
Erin P. Ward, MD is an Assistant Professor within the Division of General Surgery at the University of Utah.
Dr. Ward grew up in Michigan and earned her Doctor of Medicine at the College of Human Medicine at Michigan State. She completed a residency and research fellowship at the University of California San Diego, and a complex surgical oncology and hepato-pancreatic biliary surgery fellowship at the Medical College of Wisconsin.
Dr. Ward’s clinical interests include:
- Peritoneal-based malignancies
- Gastric cancer
- Neuroendocrine tumors
Dr. Ward’s research interests focus on:
- The impact of psychosocial health on cancer patient outcomes and patient reported outcomes.
