New Provider Dr. Erinn Kim, MD
Erinn Kim, MD is an Assistant Professor within the Division of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the University of Utah specializing in craniofacial surgery. She attained her medical degree at the Sidney Kimmel Medical College at Thomas Jefferson University. From there she completed a general surgery residency at UCSF Fresno and is board certified in General Surgery. She then completed a plastic surgery residency at the University of Utah followed by a fellowship in craniofacial surgery at the University of California San Diego.
Dr. Kim’s clinical interests include:
- Cleft lip and palate surgery
- Pediatric and adult craniofacial surgery
- Facial plastic and reconstructive surgery
- Transgender surgery
Dr. Kim’s research interests focus on:
- Quality improvement in facial trauma and craniofacial surgery
- Addressing health disparities in plastic surgery
- Telemedicine and international health
