Madison Memorial was established in 1951. The system serves the communities of Rexburg, Rigby, and West Yellowstone; including the counties of Fremont, Jefferson, Madison, Teton, Clark, and Lemhi. They are a nationally recognized, regional, non-profit, healthcare facility. In Idaho, they are the only self-sustaining, community-owned, non-critical access hospital.
