Abstract
HL7 Clinical Document Architecture (CDA) is a widely used standard for exchanging clinical document. CDA documents are made up of CDA templates. Today, lacking exchangeable, computable CDA template specification hinders CDA template reusability and implementability. To overcome the problem, we designed a CDA template constraint model. From the model, we created a CDA template XSD to produce exchangeable, computable CDA template XML instances.
