Collaborators from the Department of Biomedical Informatics (DBMI) and Huntsman Cancer Institute (HCI) met on Tuesday to celebrate the very successful and ongoing partnerships between colleagues at the two institutions. Mary Beckerle, the CEO of HCI, expressed how thrilled she was with the incredible capabilities DBMI has and has seen an explosion of potential for future collaboration. Salt Lake City, Utah - The Department of Biomedical Informatics at the University of Utah School of Medicine has been approved to deliver a 100% online Master’s degree program, with applications currently being accepted for the Fall of 2018. In cooperation with Uonline and Teaching & Learning Technologies (TLT) on campus, course instructors and expert course designers are teaming up to deliver an online program taught by the very same world class researchers here on campus, only now available to anyone remotely.
