Welcome Anu Abraham, MD, New Assistant Professor - U of U School of Medicine

The Division of Cardiovascular Medicine is pleased to welcome Dr. Anu Abraham to the faculty as an Assistant Professor.

Dr. Abraham earned her medical degree from New York University and then completed her Internal Medicine Residency at the University of California, San Francisco. She then pursued fellowships in Cardiovascular Diseases and Interventional Cardiology at Boston Medical Center, and subsequently a fellowship in Advanced Structural and Peripheral Interventional Cardiology at Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island.

Dr. Abraham has a wide clinical practice, but has specific interests in coronary disease, peripheral vascular disease, and structural heart disease. Her research interests focus on clinical outcomes of patients undergoing transcatheter aortic valve replacements (TAVR). Dr. Abraham is seeing patients at the University Hospital’s Cardiovascular Center.
