Welcoming Satvik Ramakrishna, MD
Satvik Ramakrishna, MD, is an Assistant Professor at the Spencer Fox Eccles School of Medicine at the University of Utah. He obtained his medical degree from Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine.
He completed his Internal Medicine residency at the University of California, San Francisco. Subsequently, he completed his cardiovascular disease and advanced echocardiography fellowships at the University of California, San Francisco, where he also served as Chief Fellow.
Dr. Ramakrishna has a wide clinical practice in the care of heart disease, with particular interests in the management of complex valvular heart disease, structural echocardiography, and cardiovascular prevention. He is also interested in medical education and involved in teaching medical students, residents, and fellows.
Dr. Ramakrishna is now seeing new patients at the University of Utah Cardiovascular Center.
