Dear Colleagues, 

We are pleased to welcome the following faculty to the Division of General Internal Medicine: 

 

Sarah Eyberg, M.D.

Dr. Sarah Eyberg (she/her) is an Internal Medicine and Pediatrics specialist. She grew up in Minnesota and attended the University of Minnesota Twin Cities for undergrad. She pursued a master’s in biomedical science at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey before attending medical school at the University of Minnesota Medical School Duluth. She completed her residency in combined Internal Medicine and Pediatrics at the University of Utah in 2022. In addition to providing comprehensive primary care, she is also specializing in primary care and gender affirming care to LGBTQ+ adults and adolescents.

Dr. Eyberg lives in Salt Lake City with her husband and golden retriever, Teddy. She enjoys spending her free time outdoors hiking, backpacking, backcountry snowboarding, visiting national parks, and canyoneering. She also enjoys exploring new restaurants with dog friendly patios.

Dr. Eyberg will be seeing patients in the E16 Internal Medicine Clinic. To schedule an appointment, please call 801-581-7818. She will also see patients at the University of Utah Adolescent Medicine Clinic at Primary Children’s.

 

 

Evan Hare, M.D.

Dr. Evan Hare is an internal medicine physician in Salt Lake City. He is originally from Nashville, Tennessee, and attended Union University in Jackson, Tennessee, for his undergraduate studies and University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis, Tennessee, for medical school. Following medical school, he and his wife moved to Salt Lake City for his internal medicine residency training at the University of Utah, and they decided to stay in Salt Lake once he had completed his training.  Dr. Hare has a passion for primary care, and he especially enjoys partnering with his patients to help them achieve their health care goals.  He also has many interests outside of medicine, including disc golf, rock climbing, soccer, skiing, and board games.
