Dr. Ahmad Halwani has been selected as a University of Utah Vice President's Clinical and Translational (VPCAT) Research Scholar for the 2016-2017 year. This award supports junior faculty in the University of Utah Health Sciences who are committed to research careers. This is a competitive mentored program to provide leadership competencies and develop the essential research knowledge and practical skills to be an effective clinical or translational researcher.
