Dr. Lewis Cantley, Professor of Cancer Biology in Medicine at the Sandra and Edward Meyer Cancer Center at the Weill Cornell Medical College delivered the 2016 George E. Cartwright Memorial Endowed Lecture August 4, 2016. Dr. Cantley presented his research on the signaling pathway of the PI3K kinase and its role in oncogenesis. Dr. Cantley is a highly distinguished scientist and a member of the National Academy of Sciences and the Institute of Medicine of the National Academies
