Congratulations to Dr. Ami Patel for her selection in the VPCAT Research Scholars Program at the University of Utah. This is a two-year program providing scholars with mentoring and leadership training and research resources. Selected scholars have access to biostatisticians in the Center for Clinical & Translational Science (CCTS) and grant submission specialists. These resources facilitate appropriate study design, collection of pilot data and the preparation and submission of competitive grant applications.
