Dr. Ming Lim Appointed Director of Utah Center for Bleeding & Clotting Disorders

It is with great pleasure that the Division of Hematology & Hematologic Malignancies announce the appointment of Dr. Ming Lim, MBBCH, MS as the Director of the Utah Center for Bleeding & Clotting Disorders (UCBCD). This appointment is effective as of September 1, 2020 and will be ongoing.

First established in 2017 as the University of Utah Hemophilia Treatment Center (HTC), Dr. Lim, alongside Dr. George Rodgers, have successfully grown the resources and visibility of the expanded UCBCD Program on an institutional and even national level. Dr. Lim’s deep knowledge of this complex, federally supported landscape and her passion for care of this marginalized patient population, make her the natural choice to further build upon the strong foundation set in place by Dr. Rodgers who will continue as the Associate Director of the program.

Dr. Lim joined the Division of Hematology and Hematologic Malignancies in October of 2018 and has thoroughly excelled in her role as a clinical investigator. Please join the Division of Hematology & Hematologic Malignancies
in congratulating Dr. Lim. We look forward to the many great things to come from her leadership!
