Dr. Nirupama Ramkumar and Dr. Brandi Wynne Invited to Join the Editorial Board of the American Journal of Physiology Renal Physiology
The Department of Internal Medicine and the Division of Hypertension and Nephrology congratulates Dr. Nirupama Ramkumar and Dr. Brandi Wynne. They have been invited to join the Editorial Board of the American Journal of Physiology Renal Physiology, effective July 1. Editorial Board members are selected based on outstanding scientific expertise, past commitment as excellent reviewers for AJP-Renal Physiology and recognized stature in the field.
As Editorial Board members, Dr. Ramkumar and Dr. Wynne will be part of an elite group of individuals who have not only achieved excellence in their field but who are committed to helping AJP-Renal Physiology continue to be a premire kidney journal. Part of their responsibilities on the editorial board are to review manuscript submissions to the journal, make timely decisions with the board as to which submissions to accept, and send clear and instructive decision letters. They will also have the opportunity to recommend junior reviewers to the board.
