Women's World Café 2023
The Women's World Café was led by the Gender Equity Committee this past September. It provided a safe place for discussing gender equity and to prioritize action items for the upcoming year. This event united over 40 women representing various divisions within the Department of Internal Medicine.
Diverse topics such as Workplace Culture, Mentorship and Sponsorship, Work-life balance, and Integration, along with other significant topics were explored in depth.
We look forward to the next Women's World Café gathering in 2024!
