Welcoming Katharine Clapham, MD

Katharine Clapham, MD, is an Assistant Professor in the Division of Cardiovascular Medicine and the Associate Director of the Pulmonary Hypertension and Dyspnea Program. She obtained her AB in Biochemical Sciences from Harvard College in 2008 and her MD through the joint Harvard-MIT Program in Health Sciences and Technology at Harvard Medical School. 

Dr. Clapham completed her residency in Internal Medicine in 2015 at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, MA, and her fellowship in cardiovascular disease in 2018 at Yale New Haven Hospital in New Haven, CT. She joined the faculty at Yale School of Medicine before completing an additional fellowship in Pulmonary Heart Disease at Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston, MA. Her clinical and research interests include pulmonary vascular disease and genetics.

Dr. Clapham is now seeing new patients at the Sugar House Health Center.
