COMPLETED:
- 3/4/2020 Assisted multiple registries with Internal Audit program dying mid-run. Viewed the record the program was dying on, and corrected gross errors within the pristine. Re-ran program successfully once pristine record errors were corrected.
- 3/4/2020 Corrected setup for patient record to transfer when copying a subset of cases to a subsystem. Tested, and rolled out to all users
- 3/4/2020 Nightly compile moved to central office computer to better utilize resources on old and new machines
- 3/4/2020 All RMCDS computers upgraded to Windows 10
- 3/16/2020 Sex added to possible match checking
- 3/17/2020 Staging Table lookup fixed for full view with word wrapping added for multi-line
- 3/17/2020 Laterality checking primary logic expanded. Successfully tested, rolled out to all users
- 3/19/2020 Training first-time user hospital registrar on system
- 3/19/2020 Corrected format problem to ‘Select Hospital’ for Central Office
- 3/25/2020 OK Custom Date Items over-writing with letters. Updated character array, resolved.
- 3/26/2020 Added SS2018 to data item 760A
- 3/27/2020 Archive program mentioned diskettes to be written out. Corrected to letter drive.

New Features/Projects
COMPLETED:
- 3/4/2020 Internal Audit Program released to all Central Registry users to identify pristines that may not be correctly attached to a consolidated record. Instructions sent out to users.
WORKING ON:
- 3/27/2020 Moving cases from Subsystem to Main System containing both consolidated and pristine files. Created dialog box to ask question to see if they want the pristines to stay the same as in subsystem or to take the consolidated and make it the pristine in main. Added function to compare the two files to make sure they belong to each other. Tested. Writing up instructions for use.

COMPLETED:
- 3/4/2020 Custom Screen created for Mary Lanning hospital in NE with custom fields
- 3/16/2020 OK custom death certificate program expanded to include hospital name recognition
WORKING ON:
- 3/24/2020 NH Custom Program moving subsets with audit trails, updating to move the pristine along with the subset
